Indoor cycling drives you to work in optimum endurance zones to raise metabolic levels and increase our body's efficiency. The class aims to increase your cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and promote fat burning. Effort may be at a moderate intensity level, in a continuous and steady state, or high intensity intervals, depending on the class. Research has proven this to be one of the best ways to improve endurance and increase metabolic rates. Sign-up for the class up to 1 hour before the start time of the class, to ensure your spot.

Beginners are welcome and encouraged to come and try our spin classes, just ensure that you arrive 10 minutes early to allow our instructor to help you set-up your bike.
