STOTT PILATES is a contemporary approach to the original Pilate exercise methods incorporating modern exercise principals, including contemporary thinking about spinal rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement. With STOTT PILATES there are more preparatory exercises and modifications used to cater to all different body types and athletic abilities. STOTTS PILATES will sculpt and shape the body by building lean muscle tissue while strengthening the entire core and stabilizers throughout the body making it applicable to everyday life.
